This week at Anemone Bistro
Good morning! The week for me looks like this! Today (ocean of exploration): sea bass with ocean foam made from seafood stock and lightly fried radish & cucumber salad. Tuesday (the drunken cow): beef cheeks in rich wine, served with carrots,celery & onion, gentle mash potatoes. Wednesday (the running chicken): crispy chicken burger, hot and tangy spiced majo, side salad and no fries. Thursday (the old and the free): seafood toast, legendary toast Skagen with small cocktail salad. Classical music, with a timeless dish. Friday (mr and miss so beautiful): steak tartar, small new potatoes fried in beef lard. Fresh, deep and full och flavour. Book to make sure you get a table.
