White fish and roasted butternut with aioli and mushrooms, served with fresh potatoes

Lunch of the week: Monday: Herb baked fish in white wine sauce and asparagus. Tuesday: Janssons potatoes, sandefjord sauce and fried fish. Wednesday: Beef with mashed potatoes and porter glacéd vegetables. Thursday: Cured salmon with dill potatoes. Friday: raggmunk and fried pork with apples and lingonberry. Noah the young Swedish chef and owner serving up a different lunch menu Monday to Friday. €15. I’ve eaten there four times last week and loved it. He sells out almost every day, so worth booking, especially on Fridays. Usually he rotates between fresh fish and meat served with fresh vegetables and new potatoes.
