Summer Note (July & August): The administrative offices usually stick strictly to morning shifts (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM) to accommodate the intense high-season heat.
2. Port Operations & Harbor Master (Torre de Control - Control Tower)
For active boaters, berthing requests, and maritime safety, the technical port control and security teams operate on a much wider schedule to monitor incoming vessels:
Daily (Monday to Sunday): 8:00 AM to midnight (08:00h – 00:00h) (extended hours during the peak summer months)
3. Boatyard (Varadero)
If users need technical boat services or maintenance, the harbor's standard boatyard hours are:
